The Trusti Tuber set from Antahi is a bottle with a feeding tube for calves. The set contains:

The hand bottle is ideal to feed colostrum. With a capacity of 4 litres the calf gets a sufficient amount of colostrum fed. The Wennemars ECF teat is easy to mount on the cap. When the calf doesn’t want or isn’t able to be fed, use the feeding tube. The feeding tube has a mouthpiece. This is why the Trusti Tuber is easy to use and safe for a calf. Put the mouthpiece in the mouth and shove the flexible tube carefully to the esophagus. The calf isn’t able to break the tube by biting because of the mouthpiece. Besides, that makes the mouthpiece it easier to keep the tube in the same place.
Practial tips
Rinse the feeding tube before using it with warm water, this makes the tube more flexible and easier to place the feeding tube.
Use different teats. For example, feed the calf the colostrum with a used ECF teat. Feed the calf the second round of colostrum with a yellow ECF starting teat. This teat is a bit more flexible. This helps the calf learn to drink slowly.
Buy 2 Trusti Tubers, one to feed colostrum and one to give moisture to ill calves. This way you prevent infections. Never use the feeder to feed colostrum to a calf without fully cleaning it after feeding an ill calf moisture before.
