Information regarding your order
Should you decide to place an order in our webshop, this page provides important information on how we will process your order.
In principle, all products in our web shop are in stock. If this is not the case, we will notify you immediately. Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped to you within 3 working days by means of PostNL. Orders to a value of 100 euro or more including VAT are shipped free of charge. This also applies to deliveries outside The Netherlands. We deliver to all countries in Europe. Please notify us without delay in the event of shipping damage to the packaging. You are entitled to a sound product. If the product is not sound, we will do everything possible to repair or replace it.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes receipt of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of such decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal written statement, e.g. by post, fax, e-mail, or similar means. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, although you are by no means obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement exercising your right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period. You can also complete and send the model withdrawal form or other clearly formulated statement either electronically or via our website.
The right of withdrawal may not be invoked for products that have been created according to specifications of the consumer, or for products with an obviously personal nature.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, you will be refunded all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered) immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days after the date of receipt of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you by the same payment method used by you for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for such refund. We may delay payment of the refund until we have either received the returned goods, or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must ship or hand the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You will be on time provided that you send or bring the goods back to us before expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. Payment of the direct costs of returning the goods is for your own account.
Liability for loss of value
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods that results from the use of the goods, other than necessary to determine the suitability, properties and functioning of the goods.
