Description
The Wennemars® ECF6 Lock is especially developed for the ECF6 Swing Over adaptor. The Swing Over adaptor turns on the feeding fence using an M10 bolt. Due to the feeder hanging in the pen after feeding, it is possible that calves will start playing with the ECF6 Feeder. To prevent this, we developed the ECF6 Lock. This is a locking mechanism that is attached to the fence.
Attach the ECF6 Lock on top of the top tube, on the right side of the small hook, if you stand on the outside of the pen. When the feeder is upside down, you can lock the small hook into the ECF6 Lock, and the feeder will not be able to move anymore.
Practical Advice
Always buy an ECF6 Lock if your fences are lower than 115 cm.
Always buy 2 ECF6 Locks if you want to lock the feeder when it is in the feeding position. Attach the ECF6 Lock to the fence on the opposite side of the adaptor to make this possible. Always attach it to the right side of the small hook.
