Description
The Wennemars® ECF6 adaptor Swing Over is also available separately from the ECF6 Feeder. This is meant in case you get a new kind of fencing or if you have different pens which you alternate. If you want to switch from adaptor, a new adaptor is also an option.
The Swing Over adaptor is attached once to your fence. This adaptor turns on the feeding fence using an M10 bolt. To make this possible, you need to drill a hole to attach your M10 bolt.
Measure the height of your fencing to get the right adaptor or look at your latest order for the ECF6 Feeder to see which mounting plate you need.
Please note the following points:
- When you have a tube feeding fence, we advise you to check if your tubes are horizontally aligned. If this is not the case, please contact us.
- Make sure the adaptor always has support from some tube.
- There needs to be a hole drilled for the M10 bolt into your top tube.
An extra adaptor is very useful, but use the Wennemars® ECF calf feeding system as intended. This means 1 teat per calf during the whole milk feeding period. We do not advise using 1 ECF6 Feeder for multiple groups over a longer period of time.
